 Responsibilities:

- Review the design and make necessary modifications according to client requirements.

- Prepare the executive drawings according to the approved design.

- Prepare quantity take-off tables.

- Prepare the estimated cost of the works.

- Review the invoices for various contractors.

- Create a project timeline and monitor execution accordingly.

- Provide a periodic work report.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering / Fine Arts, Department of Decoration.

Experience in interior finishing works for various items, 2+ years.
