Location: 6th October City
Job Description:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying up-to-date with new products and competition.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Participate in the recruitment and training of new sales staff.
Requirements:
minimum of experience 10+ years, 4 years at least in the same position
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to drive strategy.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
