1. Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Finishes & Materials

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Reports To: Lead Architect

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs for Conmarble finishes.

- Analyze drawings and specs to provide material estimations.

- Work with design and sales teams to develop pricing proposals.

- Maintain a finishes cost database and update unit rates regularly.

- Use AutoCAD to measure from architectural plans and generate take-offs.

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

- 4+ years of experience in finishes, especially decorative coatings or microcement.

- Excellent command of AutoCAD; knowledge of Excel-based estimation tools.

- Experience with GCC projects is an advantage.

2. Administrative & Communications Officer

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Reports To: Lead Architect & Group Marketing Team
