Job Description
Teriak Group is looking for talented professionals to join our Team:
'' HR Personnel Coordinator "
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee files and records.
- Process employee registration/preregistration with Egyptian Social Insurance (Forms 1, 2 and 6).
- Track attendance, overtime, vacation balances, and absences.
- Support on boarding /off boarding procedures and issue HR-related letters.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 year of experience in HR personnel and payroll.
- Preferably a man .
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and payroll taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience working with HR systems/software.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure .
- Fluent in English .
