Job Description
Job Title: Executive Secretary
Reports To: General Manager
Location : Elnozha , Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize the General Manager’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters).
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
-Coordinate internal and external meetings and take minutes when required.
-Maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential documents.
-Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
-Welcome and assist visitors on behalf of the General Manager.
-Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure timely execution.
-Liaise with internal departments and external parties as directed.
*Requirements:
- Famale only
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
