We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Architecture Engineer 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise architectural works on-site to ensure design compliance and quality standards

Coordinate with design, structural, MEP, and construction teams for seamless project execution

Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in real time

Ensure work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and project schedules

Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering

5+ years of experience in site supervision for large-scale real estate or construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and project sequencing

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
