We’re Hiring: Logistics Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff.
- Review and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Address and resolve complex logistical issues and challenges that may arise.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including insurance, safety and environmental standards.
- Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise during the transportation of goods.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
