𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
The Architect will oversee the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project design, codes, and specifications. The role involves working closely with the BIM team and other engineering disciplines to achieve seamless integration of the architectural design within the construction workflow.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Has strong architectural technical background in construction field and technical office.
Prepare and review architectural shop drawings, ensuring alignment with project design intent, standards, and codes.
Coordinate with the BIM team to integrate architectural models with other disciplines (MEP and structural).
Review and ensure constructability of design details on-site and provide necessary revisions.
Manage design coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve clashes and discrepancies using BIM tools and processes.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of architectural deliverables submitted to the consultant or client.
Assist in the development of construction methods and detailing.
Provide technical support during construction to address RFIs, site challenges, and client modifications.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (12 – 15 yrs).
Strong experience in residential and mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM-related software.
Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
