We're looking for a talented (HR Specialist) at our Headquarter in new cairo to join our growing team at (El Sewedy Electrical Equipment & Cables) One of El Sewedy Industries Group

Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and interview candidates using diverse channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Support in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and optimize processes.

Talent Management:
Support performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
Assist in designing and delivering training/leadership development initiatives.
Coordinate with external trainers and manage LMS (Learning Management System).
Support career pathing and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
Experience: 2-3 years in HR, with a focus on performance management, talent development.
Skills:
Proficiency in HRIS and performance management software
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Data-driven mindset with Excel/HR analytics experience.
Preferred: Knowledge of competency modeling and change management.
