Youssef Allam is seeking to hire "Dispatcher Coordinator (Customer Service)" with the following requirements:
1-Receive customer maintenance requests through various channels (phone, fax, email, WhatsApp, postal mail).
2-Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance visits and inform the assigned service engineer of the visit details.
3-Register service reports on ERP.
4-Prepare price quotations for required spare parts.
Required Qualifications:
 -Bachelors degree
 -Exp.:0-1 year
-Microsoft office knowledge
