Requirements: 
BSC Degree in Civil Engineering
A solid experience in the residential buildings “Compounds”
previous experience in the same position “5 - 7” years at least
worked before in a very large professional community "preferable" 
able & ready to travel immediately
short notice periods & who can start immediately are highly preferred
