About the Role:
 We're looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Support Team Lead to manage and develop our customer service team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in retail or e-commerce, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
 ✅ Lead, motivate, and manage the customer support team to ensure high-quality service
 ✅ Hire, train, and mentor new team members
 ✅ Monitor performance, set goals, and prepare monthly performance reports
 ✅ Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
 ✅ Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
 ✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey
 ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices
 ✅ Manage departmental budgets and optimize workflows
 ✅ Handle escalations and ensure effective resolution
Requirements:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
 10+ years’ experience in retail or e-commerce
  Proven experience as a Team Lead or Customer Service Manager
  Familiarity with customer service tools and CRMs
  Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
 Customer-centric mindset with a passion for quality service
