Osoul Company are looking for a creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. This person will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and driving audience engagement to support brand awareness, community growth, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create engaging content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and others.
Schedule, publish, and monitor daily posts across all platforms.
Analyze performance data and generate reports to inform future strategies.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging across channels.
Monitor competitors and conduct social listening to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media marketing or related role.
Proficiency with social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later), and analytics (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
