Genedy Construction is Seeking a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐄𝐏 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝!
Location: Head Office📍

✅ Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all procurement activities related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) materials and subcontractors. 
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. 
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value procurement. 
- Coordinate closely with the Technical Office, Planning, and Project Management teams to meet project requirements. 
- Monitor suppliers’ performance and ensure compliance with contracts and project specifications. 
- Manage and update procurement records, including material specifications, delivery schedules, and pricing agreements. 
- Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and alternative suppliers to support competitive pricing and innovation. 

✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Procurement, with at least 5 years focused on MEP procurement. 
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. 
- In-depth understanding of MEP systems, materials, and market supply chains. 
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software. 
- Previous experience within reputable construction companies is a must.
