Perfect Engineering & Constructions is hiring for the following positions for our Project in Ashmon-Monofaia: Senior Mechanical Site Engineers.

Job Description
• Inspect Contractor(s) completed works are in line with contract requirements.
• Supervision of implementation for (HVAC - FIRE FIGHTING - PLUMBING) at the site as per approved drawings, methods, safety rules, codes, and method of installment.
• Supervise the contractors’ mechanical scope & follow up on work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and time schedule.
• Prepare technical site visit reports and also required progress update reports
• Coordination with Constructive team members for all ongoing site activities.
• Communicate and update the technical team and management with necessary.

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned by line Manager.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 6 to 8 years of experience.
• Strong background in MEP projects (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) in commercial, residential, or infrastructure sectors.
