Sumitomo Electric Egypt is looking for 

Position: HR Personnel 

Job Responsibility:

- To monitor and manage attendance records by handling employee chick-ins and chick-outs using attendance systems, ensuring accurate records.
- To handle employees' insurance procedures by delivering insurance checks to Insurance Authority and preparing Forms 1,2 and 6.
- To Implement the employment procedure in relation to the hiring and resignation/termination process to ensure full compliance with the labor law and the organization's policies and procedures.
- To Carry out other comparable duties as required by the Line Manager when needed to achieve the plans.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree of any related field 
- 1-3 Years of Experience in Personnel
- HR Personnel and labor law background
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Very good command of English language
- Excellent command of MS Office skills

About the Job:

- Work Location: 6th of October city.
