Position: Project Engineer (Architectural-Civil)

Preferred skills and Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural)

Experience:
·    5-7 years of relevant experience in a design consultancy or project management role.
·    Experience in supporting project management activities, technical coordination, and design documentation is a must

Technical Skills:
·    Familiarity with engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or equivalent).
·    Knowledge of BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360) is preferred.
·   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
·   Proficiency in project management applications (Primavera P6, Trello, Notion, ..).

Project Management Skills:
·   Basic understanding of project management principles (knowledge of PMP concepts is an advantage
·   Experience with documentation, scheduling, tracking deliverables, and risk identification.
·   Project Management training or certification (CAPM, PRMG), PMP) is a must

Soft Skills:
·    Strong communication and coordination skills.
·    High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
·    Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
·    Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative team approach.
·    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
