Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive sector is Preferred.
+20 years of Experience, Minimum 5 years in same position of aftersales management.
Strong knowledge of automotive service, spare parts, and warranty processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
