Position: Quantity Surveyor – Estimation 
Location: Sharjah Office

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors to join our Estimation Team at our Sharjah office. The ideal candidates should have 2–5 years of experience working in construction contracting companies and hold a degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for Estimation.
-Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
-Assist in compiling tender documents and bids.
-Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
-Support senior estimators with cost planning and budgeting.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering 
-2–5 years' experience in construction contracting 
-Strong knowledge of construction methods.
-Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD. Knowledge in Planswift software preferred.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
