Required for Organo Group – Technical Office Engineer 
Work location: 6th of October 
 
Responsibility:
· Preparing financial proposals and cost estimates for generator systems.
· Analyzing technical specifications to ensure accurate pricing.
· Requesting quotations from suppliers and contractors, and evaluating them both technically and financially.
· Ensuring prices align with project budgets and market rates.
· Preparing and reviewing technical documents for generators in line with project requirements.
· Reviewing mechanical designs, drawings, and documents to ensure accuracy.
· Assisting in the design and modification of generator components (cooling systems, exhaust, and fuel lines).
· Providing technical solutions and addressing mechanical issues related to power systems.
· Coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors to clarify technical requirements.
· Collaborating with procurement teams to ensure components are ordered according to approved specifications.
· Attending technical meetings and workshops as directed by management.
· Preparing and analyzing cost and financial reports related to generator systems.
· Maintaining organized files including designs, modifications, and technical approvals.
· Providing recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce operational and maintenance costs.
· Keeping up to date with the latest technologies, materials, and trends in generators and power solutions.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum of two years of experience in heavy equipment.
Relevant courses and training related to the field are preferred.
Strong ability to accurately analyze figures and costs.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
