1- Senior Concept Architect (+5 Years Experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Senior Concept Architect to lead the design team in crafting innovative concepts for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will drive the creative direction, develop unique design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee innovative concepts for various projects.
• Lead the design team in brainstorming and refining design solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
• Conduct research on architectural trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
• Present design proposals to senior management and clients.
• Ensure designs align with company vision and brand identity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in concept design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative architectural designs.
• Expertise in design software (AutoCAD, 3d max, Lumion, D5 render, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• AI presentation tools would be preferable.

2-Concept Architect (+2 Years Experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and innovative Concept Architect to join our design team. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop original design ideas and support the Senior Concept Architect in shaping unique real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing new concept designs for various real estate projects.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Create 3D models, sketches, and presentations to visualize ideas.
• Research architectural trends and innovative design solutions.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in architectural concept design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design abilities.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3d max, Lumion, D5 render, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
