Genedy Construction is Seeking a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫!
Location: Head Office

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical procurement team, ensuring timely delivery of project needs.
- Develop procurement strategies specific to electrical materials and equipment.
- Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
-Coordinate with Engineering, Technical Office, and Projects teams to align procurement with project specifications.
- Manage procurement schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and contracts.
- Continuously seek new suppliers and alternative materials for better pricing and quality.

 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in a construction company is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
