Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handling recruitment and onboarding processes

✅ Managing employee relations and HR operations

✅ Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

✅ Supporting performance management and training initiatives

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in HR roles

✔️ Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Experience in the construction or engineering sector is a plus

✔️ Construction or ready mix experience .
