Requirement

• Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.

• Proven Experience in Organization Development.

- Team Leader 5-8 Years.

- Senior OD Specialist 3-5 Years. 

• Constructions Background is preferred.

• HR Diploma Holders are the most preferred 

• Excellent level of commitment, accuracy, and urgency.

• ⁠Developing and implementing Performance management, KPI’s, Transfers, Organization Structure, Work load Analysis.

• Excellent ability to identify, define, analyze and prioritize problems and situations, and develop appropriate solutions.
