Hyde Park Developments is currently hiring "Quantity Surveyor Senior Engineer" Projects Department.

Job purpose:
Responsible of controlling the project`s budget and contract prices by reviewing/certifying invoices and variation orders and anticipated final account.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify monthly payment certificates submitted by the Contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and actual progress.

Evaluate Variation Orders (VOs) from Contractors for scope changes, cost accuracy, and contractual alignment.

Assess Consultant recommendations related to payments and VOs and provide necessary comments and approvals.

Ensure all cost submissions align with the contract's , BOQ and technical specifications.

Coordinate with site supervision consultants to validate quantities and cost items against contractual terms.

Maintain organized records of reviewed documents, including VO logs, payment logs, and related correspondence.

Participate in commercial meetings with Consultants and Contractors to address financial matters and clarifications.

Ensure all parties follow proper contractual procedures in the submission and review of financial documents.

Assist in auditing the final account assessments during project close-out.

Qualifications and Experiences:

 7 - 9 years of experience.
 Bachelor`s degree in civil / Architectural engineering.
 Proficient in MS. Office.
 project management skills.
 problem solving skills.
 communication skills.
 Excellent in Cost Estimation.
