We are hiring
 Interior Design Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
1-Design Leadership:
*Lead and oversee the design of hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other commercial spaces.
*Develop and present design concepts that align with the client’s vision, brand identity, and project requirements.

2-Project Management:
*Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
*Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
*Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes, ensuring quality and aesthetic consistency.

3-Creative Development:
*Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver innovative and cutting-edge design solutions.
*Develop detailed design drawings, 3D renderings, and other visual materials to communicate design concepts effectively.

4-Quality Assurance:
*Ensure all design work meets industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
*Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
5-Budget and Resource Management:
*Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.
*Source and select furnishings, fixtures, and equipment, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to achieve the best value.
6-Documentation and Reporting:
*Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including design briefs, specifications, and reports.
*Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
Minimum of [5] years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on the hospitality industry.
*Proven track record of successful project management and design execution.
*Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
*Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in hospitality design.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
