We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and unify HR operations across our companies.

Your Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention
• Build group-wide HR policies that support growth and compliance
• Align HR strategy with the business goals of each sector
• Lead performance management and training systems
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws

Requirements
• 7+ years in HR, 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in holding companies or multi-sector environments
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
