Frozena for Food & Industrial is looking for 

HR Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals and ethical governance.
- Design and monitor KPIs for HR and report directly to the CEO.
- Lead HR digital transformation and HR analytics for informed decision-making.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and accountability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. MBA or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the food industry or industrial manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in corporate governance frameworks, compliance, and ethical HR practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Work Location: Head office in Zayed City & Factory in Sadat City
