We're Hiring! Quantity Surveying Engineer | Modern Interiors – Cairo, Egypt

Are you detail-oriented with a strong background in cost control and project estimation?

Modern Interiors is looking for a talented Quantity Surveying Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo!
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our interior fit-out projects are financially successful and delivered with excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material measurements based on project drawings.

Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.

Assist in tendering, procurement, and contract management processes.

Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.

Support in preparing interim payment applications and final accounts.

Identify and manage variations, claims, and contractual risks.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.

Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contracts, and cost control.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related softwares.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
