Sinoma CDI is  Hiring: Mechanical BIM Engineer 
📍 Location: New Cairo
 Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage detailed mechanical BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools
2. Coordinate mechanical systems with other disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical, etc.)
3. Prepare technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and documentation for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and BIM teams across various projects
5. Ensure models comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements
 Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. Proven experience with Revit MEP.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices
4. Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection processes
