Techifay is looking for a talented Technical Sales Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Provide technical sales support and communicate effectively with clients.

Engage in sales engineering activities and drive sales for technical products.

Set meetings with potential clients and present company profile and solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Engineering or Computer Science.

Experience in Networking & Collaboration Systems.

2–5 years of experience in sales with a system integrator.

Previous experience in government, banking, oil & gas, or hospitality sectors is preferred.

Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong ability to get leads, retain clients, and deliver excellent customer experience.

Hands-on experience in sales and technical support.

Team player with excellent relationship-building capabilities.

Technical Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):

CCNA Certified.

CCNP Enterprise Certified.

ITIL Certified.

Agile Certified.

VMware & Virtualization knowledge.

Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Hardware, Websites, and Mobile Application Development.

Working Conditions:
Location: Heliopolis (On-site & Outdoor Visits)

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Working Days: 5 days/week (2 days off)
