Qualifications for Senior Position:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Treasury Accountant or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing cash operations.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting software and financial analysis techniques, enabling accurate recording and analysis of financial data.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related business tools, with the ability to utilize software effectively in financial management tasks.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring completeness and integrity of financial records and reports.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements in financial operations.

Qualifications for Team Lead Position:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Previous experience with minimum 4+ years in cash management or related role.
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
