📌 Mechanical Engineer Supervisor– Projects
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical 

Job Description: 
The Mechanical Engineer Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing mechanical, structural, and piping works within construction projects. The role includes ensuring compliance with international standards, managing installations, and integrating mechanical systems with structural and piping systems. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or from a High Technical Institute)
- 6-10 years of experience in construction, focusing on mechanical, structural, and piping works
- Proficiency in steel structure fabrication, welding, and erection (AWS, ASME standards)
- Strong expertise in piping systems installation (fabrication, welding, pressure testing, alignment)
- Experience with mechanical equipment installation and integration with structural and piping systems
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures for steel, piping, and mechanical works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and P&IDs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing multidisciplinary projects
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Certification in welding (AWS, CSWIP) and/or painting is a plus
- Project management certification is an advantage
- Familiarity with design and project management software (Primavera, AutoCAD, TEKLA) is preferred
- Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project timelines

📍 Job Location & Work Schedule:
• Location: Sukari Gold Mine, Marsa Allam, Red Sea.
• Work Schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off.
• Home to Site Transportation provided.
• Full accommodation provided.
