Job Description :
* Ensure that all equipment, systems, and facilities are in good working condition, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building infrastructure.
* Manage budgets for repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements.
* Lead a team of maintenance workers or janitorial staff, providing guidance and ensuring productivity.
* Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, or construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff and external contractors for facility-related issues.
*Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services (such as janitorial services, landscaping, or security).
*Ensure that the facility complies with local health, safety, and environmental regulations. This includes overseeing fire safety protocols, building security, and emergency preparedness plans.
*Plan and manage space utilization, including office layout, workstation arrangement, and other facility resources to ensure efficiency.
*Implement sustainability practices and energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.

Qualifications:
* Experience from 10-15 years in Facility Manager,
