HR Manager 

📍Location: New Cairo

▪Job description:

* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
* Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Conduct regular audits to assess HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure effective administration.
* Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
* Provide guidance and support in talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.

▪Job Requirements 

- Proven experience as an HR Manager.
- Must Experience in real estate 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Leadership abilities.
- bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
