Gabtic is expanding and we are looking for "Senior AP Accountant" for Immediate hiring!

📍 Location: 6th of October City, Egypt
 
Are you ready to take the next big step in your accounting career? Gabtic Engineering and Supplies is looking for a Senior AP Accountant to join our growing finance team. If you have a passion for precision, efficiency, and a strong background in accounts payable, we want to hear from you!

 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Prepare and process payments (cheques, wire transfers, etc.).
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to streamline AP processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Egyptian tax regulations

 Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in engineering environment.
-Proficiency in ERP systems (Oddo, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
