SEG International – Cairo Office, is hiring Architecture Engineers 

Position: Project Architect II (Architecture & Interior Design)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Reports to: Architectural Team Leader

Experience Required: 8+ years (including at least 5 years of professional experience on projects in Saudi Arabia)

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the architectural design process from concept through to construction.

Develop, review, and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools.

Ensure designs comply with KSA building codes, local regulations, and international standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural and MEP engineers.

Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, providing technical input and creative solutions.

Prepare design reports, presentation materials, and documentation for internal and external approvals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years working on projects in Saudi Arabia.

In-depth knowledge of Saudi construction standards and local authority permitting procedures.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Strong collaboration, coordination, and communication skills.

A solid grasp of sustainable design principles is a strong advantage.

Fluent in both Arabic and English.
