Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Zamalek

Job Description:

LinkAero is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

 • Generate and send invoices to customers.

 • Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments.

 • Process and record incoming payments in the accounting system.

 • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

 • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.

 • Assist in month-end closing procedures.

 • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status.

 • Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes.

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

 • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

 • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

 • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
