Senior Quantity Survey Civil Engineer

Project Based (Construction Projects)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review accurate quantity take-offs and interim/final payment applications.

- Validate subcontractor invoices and ensure compliance with contracts.

- Conduct cost analysis and generate detailed financial reports.

- Coordinate with site and technical office teams for precise quantity verification.

- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for commercial alignment.

🎯 Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within construction projects.

 Strong experience in civil works across various project stages.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost control software (e.g., Primavera, Candy).

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
