Procurement Section Head Engineer

Job Description: 

Lead and manage the procurement section, including overseeing procurement staff and operations.

Develop and implementing procurement strategies to align with organizational goals.

Direct the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation and vendor management.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Analyze market trends and conducting cost analysis to optimize purchasing decisions.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Managing procurement budgets and expenditures.

Provide guidance and support to procurement staff, including training and development.

Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and priorities.

Represent the procurement section in meetings with senior management and stakeholders.

Manage, control, and monitor all assigned categories for all teams.

Provide procurement plans for all assigned categories.

Adhere to and uphold the HSE procedures and policies established by Redcon.

Refrain from any violations of HSE procedures and policies set forth by the Redcon
