We’re hiring a Senior Accountant – Shipping Industry at Living In Interiors!

Job Description:

• Manage full-cycle accounting tasks with a strong focus on shipping and logistics operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Handle cost accounting related to freight, customs, and international shipping transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams on financial planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors during audits and filing seasons.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including previous work in the shipping/logistics industry.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with international transactions, freight documentation, and customs-related costs.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
