Job title / Accounting Manager 

Job Description

Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage general ledger functions, including monthly closing, reconciliation, and adjustment processes.
Develop and implement financial strategies to improve efficiency and optimize financial performance.
Review expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities.
Trains, supervises, evaluates and upgrades accounting department employees.
Monitor the preparation of various tax returns (VAT, income tax, etc.) and reconcile them with the company's certified public accountant.
Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
Handle full accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL,…etc. 
Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity management.
Implement and maintain internal controls
Reports directly to the CEO 

Job Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
+10 years of practical experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation at least 3 years of them as a manager.
·Experience in Real estate Is A MUST 
Team management skills
Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
Very Good analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, laws and regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proven experience in implementing ERP systems

Working hours 10 Am to 6 PM 
2 days off: Friday and Saturday
