Job Description

Amec Egypt is looking for Sales Coordinator join to our team with the following required tasks:

Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving the request from clients then make sure that’s confirmed by high management.
• Registering the request on the Odoo.
• Send the new request to the engineering department by mail.
• Make a request sheet include all the details about all the requests (date, client name, contact name, number, description & the status of the offer) as a reference and reported to sales manager with any updates.
• Send an email of all new requests that require quotations to the engineering coordinator to know the situation of the quotations. 
• Coordinating the appointments of site visits with the clients.
• Following Up with the sales manager with the situations of the quotations of the requests.
• Making the quotations on the Odoo after the senior engineer send the cost sheet.
• Send the quotation for the sales manager to be reviewed.
• Send the quotation by mail to the client after being reviewed.
• Send any inquiries from the client about the quotation to the engineering department then respond with the engineering department comment to the client.

• Make work order after the client send the PO or Confirmation mail for the sent quotation.
• Send the work order by email to the engineering coordinator, the engineering department & The accountant department.
• Follow up with starting & the ending date of the project by the email which sent by the engineering coordinator.
• After receiving, “receiving letter” or the timesheets which sent by engineering coordinator ... send it with the receivable’s ID & driving license & PO and quotation for the accounting department to issues invoice.
• Insert the invoices on Odoo & Registering it on work order sheet.
• Make work order sheet for the projects include: (serial number of work order, Sales order number, Work order date, Odoo confirm, client name, description, location, start date, end date, contact name, number, email, PO number, Invoice number, Invoice Odoo, Operation)
Job Requirements: 
• Knowledge:
- Education certificate: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1 year at least (supervisor 3years).
• Skills:
- Soft Skills: Good Communication / Time Management / Problem Solving / Negotiation / Teamwork / adaptability.
- Business skills: Reporting / English(immediately) / Presentation skills.
- Presentation skills.
