Job Description

AGEC developments is now hiring A Project Execution Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Full supervision of project execution according to approved plans and timelines.
Coordinating with different work teams (structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical).
Managing project budgets and costs, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
Monitoring execution quality and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and required standards.
Preparing periodic progress reports and submitting them to senior management.
Communicating with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve any technical or administrative issues.
Ensuring the application of safety and occupational health standards at all work sites.
Qualifications Required:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural or equivalent).
Ø Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and executing construction or real estate development projects.
Ø Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ø Proficiency in engineering software (such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project).
Ø Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
