Studio International Engineering Consultants is hiring Senior BIM-Structural Engineer to join with our Egypt office.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading the structural BIM engineers in Cairo office and ensuring the implementation of BIM standards and process within the company.
- Mentor team members in BIM methodologies, including model coordination, clash detection, and data management.
- Collaborate with BIM Lead Structural Engineer to align BIM deliverables with schedules.
- Conduct accurate reviews of BIM models, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor resource allocation (e.g., software, personnel) to meet project demands efficiently.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Utilize Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other BIM software to create, review, and optimize structural models.
- Manage and share models using ACC, enabling real-time teamwork and coordination.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and other teams to resolve clashes and ensure seamless integration of disciplines.
- Develop, customize, and manage Autodesk Revit families to optimize structural modeling efficiency and accuracy.
- Design and implement Dynamo scripts to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure consistency across projects.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
- +9 years of experience, GCC experience is a must.
- BIM Management Certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Expert in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo and Autodesk construction cloud.
- Demonstrate knowledge of structural design principles and practices.
- Demonstrate understanding of local authorities’ requirement and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent command of English language in both writing and speaking.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Willing to work overtime to meet deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines.
