JOb vacancy : Quality Assurance Engineer

Job description : 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Alfa Food Industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including certifications and ISO compliance across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities : 

- Implement and manage quality assurance processes to ensure product quality.

- Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and ISO standards.

- Monitor and evaluate quality control metrics and procedures.

- Collaborate with production teams to enhance product quality.

- Maintain knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices.

- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints.

- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.

- Certified for Internal Audit 9001,14001,45000,22000

- Minimum 5 years experience

- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.

- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
