Location: Head Office 📍

✅Responsibilities: 

- Prepare and review electrical quantity take-offs and BOQs.  

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure accurate cost estimation.  

- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for cost efficiency.  

- Monitor project cost variations and suggest corrective actions.  

- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to optimize budgets.  

- Assist in claims preparation and contract administration.  

✅Qualifications:

- *Bachelor’s degree* in Electrical Engineering.  

- *6+ years* of experience in quantity surveying for electrical works.  

- Strong knowledge of *construction contracts and cost management*.  

- Proficiency in *AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software*.  

- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
