Contrack Facilities Management S.A.E is looking to hire the following:

Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
with expertise in HVAC, Fire Safety Systems, and Plumbing maintenance for a residential project in Assiut. 
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance for HVAC, fire safety, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures in HVAC, fire, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Monitor and analyses the performance of mechanical systems and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, including repairs and replacements.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure a timely and efficient delivery service.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within facility management or a similar industry.
- Proven experience in HVAC, Fire Safety, and Plumbing system maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
