M Squared is looking to hire a “Senior Site Engineer” to join our team. 

Job Location: Our project “Masyaf” at Ras El Hekma - North Coast.

Job Responsibilities:
· Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
· Oversee the construction of projects and monitor activities at worksites.
· Manage crews, ensure health and safety codes are observed, and that work is completed to schedule.
· Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
· Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
· 5-8 years of experience in construction projects and real estate.
· Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
· Proficiency in application of construction standards and arch design techniques, practices, concepts.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Finishing and interiors experience.
· Based in project at North Coast.
