Mahfouz for Architecture and Construction is Hiring:

Technical Office and Site Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:
Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc...)
Prepare shop drawing for HVAC, and FF, and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.
Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (Civil, Elec, Arch. etc.…)
Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.
Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
Review subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
Prepare material submittals.
Quantity takeoff.
Review & select proper material suitable for the project
Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Department Manager for discussion and proper solve.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.
3-5 years Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and concepts.
Proficiency in CAD and Revit software and other relevant tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
